    South Range gains 440 rushing yards in win at Girard

    GIRARD, Ohio (WKBN) – South Range continues their undefeated season at 7-0 by defeating Girard, 55-27.

    South Range featured three ball carriers who all went over the century mark. Dylan Smesko gained 11.3 yards per carry (13 rushes, 147 yards) to lead the Raiders. Tristan Toy gained 130 yards on 16 rushes, while Aiden Dominguez ran for 112 yards on 16 attempts.

    For the game, South Range gained 440 yards as a team on the ground.

    Toy also completed a touchdown toss to Dominguez from 24 yards away. Toy connected on four passes for 123 yards.

    In the contest, a total of 928 yards of offense was on display – 532 by South Range and 396 by Girard.

    The Indians (4-3) had won their previous two matchups before falling to South Range.

    The Raiders will pay a visit to Niles to face the Red Dragons in Week 8.
