Calcutta Fire Department’s second donations trailer makes it to NC after fire delayed arrival

CALCUTTA, Ohio (WKBN) — The community rallied together after a trailer carrying hundreds of items collected caught fire on its way to North Carolina on Tuesday to help with the aftermath of Hurricane Helene .

These are some pictures showing the mass amount of donations collected by the Calcutta Fire Department , including bottled water and non-perishable food items.

It was able to fill not just one, but two semi-trailers full of numerous items.

The department wants to thank everyone for their donations and time.
