Lonnie Culver waived his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday in Warren Municipal Court.
His bond was continued at $100,000.

Culver was charged with aggravated arson stemming from a fire at a four-plex at the corner of McMyler Street and Ohio Avenue NW in Warren last week.

Firefighters found Cullver nearly unresponsive in the kitchen of a first-floor apartment.

Fire Chief Ken Nussle says Culver later admitted to setting a bedroom pillow on fire.
