CAMPBELL, Ohio (WKBN) — The suspect in the beating death of a man last weekend waived his preliminary hearing today in municipal court.

A grand jury will now consider a charge of murder against RTrell Miller, 22, for the death of James Mszanski, 76.

Police said Mszanski died of wounds from a beating Saturday.

Miller was arrested shortly after Mszanski died. He was found in an apartment at Main and Walter Streets, where police were initially called for a shooting.

Miller is in the Mahoning County jail on a $500,000 bond.

Police have not commented on a motive.
