    Rosemarie Minich, Youngstown, Ohio

    YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (MyValleyTributes) – Rosemarie Minich, 71, died Sunday, October 13, 2024.

    She was born October 22, 1952, in Youngstown, the daughter of Andrew and Helen (Bindas) Balko and was a lifelong resident of the area.

    She graduated from Chaney High School class of 1970 and from Youngstown State University with a degree in accounting.

    Rosemarie worked as an accountant and did taxes on the side where she made many friends.

    She was a very giving person and would help anyone. If you knew her, you would have grown to appreciate her persnickety side.

    She was predeceased by her parents and her brother, Andy Balko.

    Rosemarie is survived by her sister, Delores Balko and very special friend, Ken, whom she loved like a brother.

    Family and friends may call Wednesday, October 16 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel.

    Prayers will begin Thursday, October 17 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at St. Christine Church.
