    Greenville woman killed in Mercer County wrong-way crash

    NEW VERNON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WKBN) – A Greenville woman was killed in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 79 in Mercer County Sunday.

    According to Pennsylvania State Police, Austyn Bayuk, 22 was traveling north in the southbound lanes of I-79 at about 3 a.m. Sunday when she went off the road and hit a guardrail near the State Route 358 overpass.

    Bayuk was pronounced dead at the scene.

    Bayuk was driving a 2006 Toyota Yaris and was wearing a seat belt, according to police.
