Barbara Ann Sladewski, Youngstown, Ohio

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (MyValleyTributes) – Barbara Ann Sladewski, 71, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.

She was born January 25, 1953 in Poland, a daughter of the late Stuart and Theresa (Pryor) Wilson.

She spent her career as a registered nurse caring for others, and worked for many years at Windsor House.

She was a proud grandmother, always involved in her grandchildren’s lives, and a loving and dependable friend. She enjoyed cooking, reading, gardening and had a special fondness for walking in the peaceful woods of Poland.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children, Devin (Keith) Fedor of Fredericksburg, Virginia and James Sladewski of Poland; her grandsons, Ohlin Fedor, James Sladewski, Jr. and Joseph Sladewski and her sisters, Carol Wilson and Martha (William) Beniston, both of Youngstown.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Wilson.

Per Barbara’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or public services.
