Warren JFK rolls to 6th straight, improves to 8-1

LIBERTY, Ohio (WKBN) — Warren JFK defeated Cleveland Central Catholic, 44-14, on Saturday for the Eagle’s sixth consecutive win.

The Eagles were led by Jaylen Murray’s five rushing touchdowns on the day during the blowout victory.

JFK held a 7-6 lead over the Ironmen before exploding for 30 points in the second quarter, capped off by a 23-yard interception return for a touchdown by LaMarcus Provitt to take a 37-6 lead into halftime.

With the win, the Eagles improve to 8-1 overall and will wrap up the regular season by hosting Lutheran East on Friday, Oct. 25.
