    U.S. Marshals looking for 2 men wanted in Youngstown homicide

    YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — The Northern Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information on two wanted suspects.

    The agency is looking for Vincent Marbley and Eddie Winphrie. They are wanted by the Youngstown Police Department and The United States Marshals Service for murder and tampering with evidence.

    Marbley and Winphrie are alleged to have been involved in the murder of 24-year-old Reynaldo Hernandez which occurred on Oct. 17 in the 2300 block of Bott Street.

    Marbley, 59, is described by Marshals as a black male, standing approximately 5 feet 6 inches and weighing about 145 pounds. Winphrie, 41, is described as a black male, standing approximately 5 feet 9 inches and weighing about 262 pounds.

    Marbley and Winphrie have been known to frequent the Cleveland, Youngstown and Columbus areas.

    Arraigned on a charge of tampering with evidence for the same case on Friday were Richard Lightner, 40, and Shawn Jones, 35. Bond for both men was set at $150,000.

    Andre Bailey was also arraigned on charges of murder, a first-degree felony and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

    All three are expected to have preliminary hearings on Nov. 1.

    An additional inmate charged with tampering with evidence, Daniel Ramsey, 42, was arrested in New Castle, Pennsylvania, is in the Lawrence County jail, and has not been brought back to Youngstown yet.

    I would like to know the reason they killed him some murders are justified like child rapist for one

    when somebody is arrested for murder there should be no bond. at least these guys were old and didn't waste their entire life in jail just there later years when they're caught.
