Missing 14-year-old girl from Buffalo located

A 14-year-old girl who was previously reported missing has been located.

14-year-old Javiea L. Posey was reported missing on Wednesday evening. A missing child alert was issued after she was last seen near the Walden Galleria in Cheektowaga.

She was believed to be in danger after she was last seen leaving with an unknown individual.

Buffalo police announced she was located later Wednesday night.
