In addition to the crazy things we see, we experience smooth drives, traffic, and scenic routes as well, but what about at the intersections?Intersections are some of the most dangerous places to be when it comes to driving, walking, biking, or even standing nearby. We see tons of crashes and near misses while sitting at an intersection, so having your head up and on a swivel could be lifesaving. Another thing you may see at any given intersection in the United States are panhandlers and performers.Panhandlers is another name for what some people describe as beggars, these are the people who are standing or sitting on the side of the road and may be asking for money, food, water, or other goods. There are also patrons who choose to set up shop along an intersection and will be selling food, clothes, or other products to pedestrians and motorists alike.Another thing you will see is performers, this may be someone who is a mime, you may see someone playing drums on a couple of buckets and cans, or you may even see someone dancing. They even have wooden rifles to add a flare to their coordinated moves. I don't think this is the safest practice, but the people of Southfield seem to enjoy it as the comments said they were regulars.</div></body>
