According to a list compiled by LoveFood , the best Mexican restaurant in all of Michigan is El Asador in Detroit. This restaurant was praised for their delicious seafood dishes and legendary guacamole.

Here's what LoveFood had to say about the absolute best Mexican restaurant in the entire state :

"The cuisine at El Asador is inspired by various regions of Mexico, including the coastal areas of Veracruz and Tamaulipas – and by the chef’s mom. Made using regional produce, Luis Garza’s dishes are infused with the flavors and memories of his childhood, and everything is cooked fresh, from scratch. The result is nothing less than delicious, from mouth-watering seafood dishes to the legendary guacamole, made tableside. The decor is memorable too, particularly the detailed mural painted on an outside wall."

taste of bay city mexican restaurant, it was so weird eating Mexican that didn't taste anything like Mexican. the guacamole tasted strange and too much lime, the burrito was just a log of meat and rice with 4 peices of shredded lettuce, the only thing that was tasty was the homemade chips and salsa, I am so confused at how some places can even stay running.
