a lot of these real estate folks flippers brokers also are the reason the housing market is out of reach for a regular working man. He can't get a foreclosure because by the time he investigates it they've already got it out from under him it should be 6 months before they can stick their nose into a foreclosure let the poor working man get a shot he don't want to sell it he wants to live in it plus the greedy real estate folks buy them all up and then rent them out for an extravagant price they should be ashamed of themselves they shouldn't be allowed to own but three
