    UPDATE: Spanish Fort teen found safe

    UPDATE (2:08 p.m.): A missing 14-year-old from Spanish Fort has been located and is safe.

    Twyla Tarvin was reported missing late Saturday evening. After a search beginning Monday morning, she was located safely around 1:30 p.m.

    BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — Friends, family members and members of law enforcement are looking for a missing teenage girl. According to a post from the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office , 14-year-old Twyla Tarvin was last seen at her home on Buzbee Road late Saturday afternoon.

    Officials say she left the home sometime between 4:15 and 5 pm. They don’t know if she left on foot or was picked up in a vehicle. The post says she is new to the area and left her phone at home.

    She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, black shorts and black bonnet. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office.
