Man shot and robbed after argument with two men Sunday: Mobile Police

MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A man was taken to the hospital Sunday night after being shot and robbed on Johnson Road, according to the Mobile Police Department.

An MPD news release said officers were called to the 5400 block of Johnson Road after 11:30 p.m. on Sunday for a report of a shooting.

INCIDENT LOCATION:

When officers arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound and transported him to the hospital, according to the release. During the investigation, officers said they found that the victim had been involved in an argument with two men when one of the men shot the victim.

The two men then allegedly robbed the victim before leaving the area.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
