SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. ( WKRG ) — Bagdad-Garcon Point Water System, Inc. is advising all customers to boil all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth or washing dishes.

The boil water notice comes after a main break or a loss of pressure has occurred, according to a news release from Santa Rosa County.

An alternative is to use bottled water.

The boil water notice, which is precautionary, will stay in effect until the issue has been solved, and a bacteriological survey shows water is safe to drink.
