    Chickasaw man accused of burglarizing financial service provider: CPD, MCSO

    CHICKASAW, Ala. ( WKRG ) — The Chickasaw Police Department and the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office are looking for a man who was wanted in connection to a burglary.

    CPD responded to a burglary call at Liberty Tax and Loan, located at 325 N. Craft Highway, on April 15.

    Over the course of a five-month investigation, 22-year-old Justin Markell Ferguson was identified as the suspect through evidence left at the scene.

    According to CPD, Ferguson was last known to live in Chickasaw on the 300 block of 5th Avenue.

    MCSO has a warrant for Ferguson’s arrest on first-degree burglary, possession of a controlled substance, and no pistol permit.
