    Man accused of Foley vehicle break-in attempt

    Correction: News 5 has revised the sentence describing the alleged confrontation between the victim and suspect.

    BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A man was arrested after he allegedly tried to break into a vehicle in a Walmart parking lot, according to the Foley Police Department.

    FPD said officers arrested 32-year-old Trevor Breal on Sept. 1 after the reported incident.

    According to Foley Police, the incident started when a victim came out of the Walmart in Foley and saw someone trying to break into his vehicle.

    The victim reportedly confronted the suspect, who pulled a knife on them, and called the police.

    INCIDENT LOCATION:

    Breal was taken to the Baldwin County Jail and charged with unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, first-degree robbery, and public intoxication.
