Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office arrests Tennessee man in connection to alleged rape of a minor

OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. ( WKRG ) — The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Tennessee man for allegedly raping a minor in another county, according to a Facebook post from the sheriff’s office.

40-year-old Adam Duanne Colvin was arrested as a fugitive by OCSO deputies with Bravo Central at around 10:40 a.m. on Tuesday.

The arrest happened at Windham Avenue in Fort Walton Beach after deputies learned Colvin was wanted by the Warren County Sheriff’s Department in McMinnville Tennessee, according to the post.

INCIDENT LOCATION:

Colvin allegedly committed aggravated sexual battery and raped a minor in Warren County. He was charged with aggravated sexual battery and two counts of rape of a child.

Bond for Colvin was denied and he is set to remain in the Okaloosa County jail until another agency retrieves him, officials said.
