    Man attempts to break into home early Sunday morning: Mobile Police

    MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A man attempted to break into a home on Rotterdam Street early Sunday morning, according to the Mobile Police Department.

    The MPD said in a news release that officers were called to the 1300 block of Rotterdam Street around 1:45 a.m. on Sunday for a report of a burglary.

    Mobile Police investigating after vehicle struck by gunfire

    According to officers, a man tried to enter a home but before he could, the woman inside the home was able to secure the door.

    The man then left the area. Police said this is an ongoing investigation.
