The post said Vannoy, who was raised in Fairhope where he lives with his wife and two children, brings experience of being a Sergeant over the Criminal Investigation Division at the Daphne Police Department and being a member of the Baldwin County Major Crimes Unit to the new position.

Vannoy left the Daphne PD where he had served since 2001 in March 2023 to join the Baldwin County DA’s Office.
