    Weekend Mobile shooting leaves 1 injured

    MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — The Mobile Police Department is investigating after a man was injured in a shooting over the weekend.

    Two dead after car crash over the weekend

    According to the MPD, officers responded to the 3000 block of Old Shell Road about a shooting at around 6:20 p.m. on Sept. 14.

    INCIDENT LOCATION:

    Officers arrived and found a male victim with a gunshot wound. Police said further investigations found that the man was shot by a known female.

    The man was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.

    MPD said this is an active investigation.
