    Mobile County Public Schools employees to receive bonus this week: Superintendent Threadgill

    MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — Full-time and part-time employees with the Mobile County Public School System will receive a bonus this week, according to a message to employees from Superintendent Chresal D. Threadgill.

    Full-time MCPSS employees will receive a $2,200 bonus that will be processed this week, and part-time employees will get $800.

    Threadgill’s message to school system employees also said substitutes who worked at least 30 days last year will get an $800 bonus. Those who worked less than 30 days will earn a prorated amount.

    “Therefore, in gratitude of your continued dedication and commitment to our district, I would like to show my sincere appreciation for a great start to the year, which I know will only continue to produce marvelous results for the remainder of the year,” Threadgill said. “To show this appreciation, all full-time, active employees of MCPSS will receive a $2,200 bonus that will be processed this week. Additionally, part-time employees will receive a $800 bonus. Also, substitutes who worked a minimum of 30 days last year will receive a $800 bonus and those who worked less than 30 days will receive a prorated amount.”
