UPDATE: 4 sent to hospital after Government Street crash

UPDATE (2:19 p.m.) : News 5 has learned four people including both drivers were sent to the hospital after this two-vehicle crash.

The crash occurred on the 900 block of Government St. near Marine Street and Wendy’s.

MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — Officers with the Mobile Police Department are responding to a crash on Government Street.

MPD officials said the crash happened on the 900 block of Government Street, near Wendy’s.

News 5 has a crew on the scene who said the Mobile Fire Rescue Department is also on the scene.

One vehicle is lying on its side while the front of another is crushed in.
