According to the MPD, Avery was arrested after officers responded to a robbery at her home in the 3900 block of Creekway Drive East.

    INCIDENT LOCATION:

Police said they found that two male victims were working at the home when the homeowner, Avery, demanded money from them at gunpoint.

Further investigations led officers to discover that Avery hired the two victims to work at the home, according to the Mobile PD.

“When the job wasn’t done to her liking, she confronted the men,” the MPD release said.

Avery was booked into Metro Jail on two counts of first-degree robbery.

how in the world could she rob two men working on her personal own house, that doesn't even sound right, something fishy about the whole thing. if they didn't complete the job, and maybe through a friendly request, asking for her money back, because they didn't finish the job, they probably weren't going to give her money back, so she probably felt like they were running over her, so she pulled out her weapon, to get her money back for an incomplete job, but they called it robbery because of the weapon.
