    Man dead after early Sunday morning crash in Washington County

    WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A man was killed during a crash in Washington County early Sunday morning, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

    48-year-old Jeremy S. Threadgill of Millry was killed when the truck he was driving left the road and hit a tree.

    Baldwin County deputy arrested Sunday night, officials say

    ALEA officials said Threadgill was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and was pronounced dead on the scene.

    The crash happened around 1:45 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 29 on Chatom Bigbee Road.

    INCIDENT LOCATION:

    ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division is continuing to investigate the crash.
