    2 juveniles injured, 1 in custody after shooting over social media argument: Mobile Police

    MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A social media argument turned shooting left two juveniles hospitalized and one arrested, according to the Mobile Police Department.

    The Mobile Police Department said in a press release that officers responded to the 2800 block of Saddlebrook Drive East about a shooting around 2 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 29.

    INCIDENT LOCATION:

    Officers arrived and found two male juveniles with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. Police said the juveniles were injured after they were shot by a male juvenile suspect who went to a home following a social media argument.

    The two juveniles were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of their injuries.

    The juvenile suspect turned himself into the Mobile Police Department on Monday, Sept. 30, according to police. He was taken to the Strickland Youth Center and charged with minor in possession of a firearm and two assault charges.
