    Pensacola police seek bank robber: PPD

    PENSACOLA, Fla. ( WKRG ) — Officers with the Pensacola Police Department are searching for a person accused of robbing a bank Friday morning.

    According to a PPD news release, officers were called to the Pen Air Federal Credit Union at 1289 Airport Blvd., around 9:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 4, for a bank robbery report.

    INCIDENT LOCATION:

    When officers arrived, they “confirmed the robbery and decimated the suspect’s description,” according to the release.

    Police said no one was injured, but they are still looking for the suspect.

    The suspect is described as being a white or Hispanic man wearing blue rain gear, a white face covering, white shoes and carrying a trash bag.

    Pensacola police ask that anyone near the bank at the time call them at 850-435-1901.
