    Argument between neighbors leads to man’s arrest: Mobile Police

    MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — An argument between neighbors led to a man being arrested after he broke into a home and threatened to shoot his neighbor, according to the Mobile Police Department.

    An MPD news release said officers were called to the 2600 block of Arc Road on Sunday, Oct. 6, around 5 p.m. for a report of a “dispute” between neighbors.

    LOCATION:

    When officers arrived, they said they found that during the argument, one of the neighbors had threatened to shoot the other neighbor and continued making threats after he broke into the neighbor’s home.

    41-year-old Demetrius Jermaine Lucky of Mobile was arrested.

    He is charged with second-degree burglary and menacing.
