Band of the Week: Daphne High School

MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — Congratulations to Daphne High School’s band, The Sound of the Eastern Shore, for winning JBT Power Band of the Week for week 7 of 5th Quarter!

The Sound of the Eastern Shore is led by the drum majors, Elizabeth Evans , Madison Carey , Katie Smith and McKenzie Howell.

The band is also led by band directors, Jamar Dumas , Chris LeBatard , Jacob Moorer and Ryan Pippin .

The band recently performed at the Alabama Music Educators Conference.

The Sound of the Eastern Shore members are dedicated to performing on Friday nights and at competitions.
