    Missing, endangered man reported in Escambia County, Florida

    ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. ( WKRG ) — The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office has issued a local purple alert for a missing and endangered man.

    69-year-old Vernon “Bubba” Albion Flowers Jr. was last seen on Sept. 28 on the 5500 block of Perkins St. in Pensacola, News 5 has learned.

    Flowers has gray hair, a white beard and brown eyes. He stands at 6 feet, 2 inches tall; weighs 250 pounds; and may require medical attention.
