Halloween decoration theft caught on Ring camera — Mobile police investigating

MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — The Mobile Police Department is investigating the latest in a series of similar incidents after Halloween decorations were reportedly stolen Thursday from a front porch.

According to the MPD, the latest incident happened around 10 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10, at a home on Ann Street.

INCIDENT LOCATION:

Police said a male suspect was seen stealing Halloween decorations from the front porch.

Ring camera footage provided by the department appears to show a man walking onto the home’s porch and taking two pumpkin decorations before leaving.

Thursday’s incident comes after what police said are other, similar incidents.

“We have had at least two similar incidents occur in the midtown area recently,” a department spokesperson said.
