Mobile police seek suspect in 2023 robbery

MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — Officers with the Mobile Police Department are searching for a woman accused in a July 2023 robbery.

According to MPD officials, Carlaysia Brisker is wanted in connection with a robbery at The Shoppes at Bel Air.

Officers were called to the mall on July 27 for a report of a woman being robbed, according to an MPD news release.

When officers arrived, they said they found that two women approached a third woman before one of the women grabbed the victim’s purse and stole money from inside.

Both women left the area before officers arrived, according to the release.
