    Gulf Shores Police Department asks for public’s help in finding missing woman

    GULF SHORES, Ala. ( WKRG ) — The Gulf Shores Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find a missing woman.

    84-year-old Janis Uthe was last seen on Tuesday, Oct. 15, around 9 a.m. in the area of Oyster Bay Lane in Gulf Shores.

    According to GSPD, she may be living with a condition that impairs her judgment.

    Police said she may be traveling in a silver 2019 Kia Sorento with Alabama plate 2151BJ5.

    Anyone with information of her whereabouts can call GSPD at 251-968-2431 or call 911.
