PUTNAM COUNTY, Tenn., (WKRN) — A man and woman have been arrested for their connection to three separate burglaries that occurred in Putnam County over the summer, officials announced Wednesday.

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were alerted about the crimes after they were sent to a storage building in the 3400 block of Fisk Road to respond to reports of a burglary.

Video footage from the storage building’s security cameras reportedly showed a Gray Dodge Ram pickup truck in the area on July 24 and July 25. Deputies said the pickup truck had an attached trailer with items from storage units on both dates.

In addition to leaving the area with storage items, officials said the pickup truck’s license plate was identified as stolen, which made the vehicle and occupants inside of interest.

Further investigation revealed that the pickup truck was connected to a previous burglary involving a construction trailer at Shipley School Road on July 30. In this incident, deputies said the pickup truck was damaged and pieces of the vehicle were collected as evidence.

According to authorities, Daniel Boland and Sara Bilbrey were later identified as the suspects connected to the burglaries. Warrants for their arrest were reportedly obtained on Aug. 16, which is the same day they were both arrested on Dodson Branch Road after a short foot pursuit.

Boland was charged with evading arrest, assault on a first responder, two counts of burglary and once county of theft. He remains jailed on a $39,500 bond and is expected to appear in court on Nov. 21.

Anyone with additional information about the suspects or crimes are asked to call the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.
