TBI: Man missing from Franklin County found safe

COWAN, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has canceled a Silver Alert for a 84-year-old man after he was found safe.

Officials issued the alert for 84-year-old Howard Morrow at approximately 11:42 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11.

The TBI said Morrow was last seen in the area of Chestnut Street in the Cowan area.

According to authorities, Morrow had a medical condition that may have affected his ability to return home without assistance.

However, on Thursday, Sept. 12, the TBI reported Morrow had been located and found safe.
