    TBI: Missing man from DeKalb County found safe

    DEKALB COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) issued a Silver Alert Sunday for a man missing out of DeKalb County.

    Officials posted the Silver Alert just before 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 15 saying, 55-year-old Glen Wilson was last seen near Old Hill Mill Road in the Dowelltown area.

    Authorities described Wilson as 5-feet 6-inches tall and 136 pounds with green eyes and brown hair.

    The TBI said Wilson had a medical condition that may have impaired his ability to return home safely without assistance.

    Then, just before 6:30 p.m., the TBI announced Wilson had been found safe.

    No additional details have been released about the circumstances surrounding Wilson’ s disappearance or his discovery.
