Clarksville police identified Cason as the suspect in a midnight shooting on McGraw Street on Sept. 21. Officers received a 911 call about a shooting that had already occurred around 12:30 a.m. Saturday. Upon arrival, they discovered a man who had been shot three times. They performed life-saving measures at the scene and transported him to a Nashville hospital, where he remains in critical condition, according to CPD.

CPD and TBI both said Cason should be considered armed and dangerous. CPD said anyone who sees Cason should not confront him and call 911 immediately.

The TBI said a reward of up to $2,500 is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
