NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A La Vergne man was killed in a multi-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon in Antioch, officials said.

According to the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD), the two-vehicle collision took place on Murfreesboro Pike near Mt. View Road at approximately 4:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 25.

Authorities said the preliminary investigation indicates an outbound Honda Civic crossed the center turning lane and hit a Ford Transit van head-on.
