A Monday press release said that 48-year-old Favian Ubense Cruz-Vargas was standing between the food truck and a building in the 2800 block of Lebanon Pike on Friday to help ensure the driver did not back into the building.

Cruz-Vargas reportedly “became pinned between the truck and the building” due to inexperience on the part of he driver, 42-year-old Omar Martinez-Gonzalez.
