    Montgomery Co. crews respond to garage fire in Saint Bethlehem

    MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — Multiple Montgomery County units responded to a shop fire in Saint Bethlehem overnight.

    According to the Montgomery County Fire Service, at approximately 11:52 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19, firefighters were called to Sadlersville Road where a structure was on fire.

    When crews arrived, they said they discovered a two-car detached garage, that doubled as a shop, fully engulfed in flames.

    Stations 16 and 18, along with a rescue squad, responded and were able to clear the fire around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 20, officials said.

    Photos from the scene show the garage was a complete loss, but no injuries were reported.

    According to the fire service, the blaze started from a heat lamp in a chicken coop attached to the garage.

    No additional information was immediately available.
