Police: Armed suspect dead after being shot by deputies outside Medina County Sheriff's Office
MEDINA, Ohio — Authorities say a suspect is dead after being shot by members of the Medina County Sheriff's Office outside the department's headquarters Wednesday evening. Officials from both the sheriff's office as well as the Medina Police Department say the incident began just after 6 p.m., when a concerned citizen spoke through the sheriff's outdoor intercom system and reported seeing an armed woman in the parking lot acting in an "unruly way."
