I have not seen any evidence of strike all of the service jobs are over seas anyway

Yes, work stoppages mounted by workers in pursuit of fair contracts for their labor have an unpleasant consequence of at times disrupting the routines of consumers. Apparently, in this instance, the disruption is not too severe, and it is temporary, with the ball in the court of AT&T management. The Labor Board will examine the evidence presented in support of the CWA’s unfair labor practice charges, and will rule on the validity of the claim, and determine an appropriate remedy. In the meantime, it is in the best interest of management to remain, or return to the bargaining table with a renewed commitment to bargain in good faith, and reach a mutually acceptable agreement with the workers.
