it's photography I used to be a photographer as well and you don't need a studio to get work. Instead of using computer graphics etc just use natural settings and save enough to go back to a brick building. I think in this case she's asking too much. She doesn't need electricity and water to take photos when you can literally get photos anywhere. Yes a studio is nice but if you can't maintain the cost it's best to just cut them out.
