She will go to prison. She could have a squeaky clean record and she will still go to prison. She was DUI drove the wrong way, hit cars, wrecked, and killed someone. She is going to prison. There is no defense when it comes to driving while drinking alcohol. There isnt an excuse in the world. I hope she is pleading not guilty because she thinks that if she pleaded guilty is like saying she meant to do it and not because she thinks she will get out of it. The problem is that it doesn't matter if she meant to or not. She's guilty if she was drinking and driving. This could've been anyone that she hit in that moment. The lady deserves justice. Her pleading not guilty feels like a slap in the face, especially her being DUI.

They always let them go they completely devastate people's lives and then they let them out so they can kill again. It's not justice when they get off and the families are left to deal with their loss. Just like that woman who killed that lady and her kids. she got off and the sad part is they have done it before and yet they still let them go on and live their lives while continuing to take lives.
