    Crime Stoppers: 2 requests for information

    LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — This week on Crime Stoppers, law enforcement needs your help identifying suspects in a home invasion and assault—and a separate case of retail fraud.

    If you have information regarding the cases below, call Crime Stoppers of Mid-Michigan at (517) 483-STOP. You can remain anonymous.

    Those who contact Crime Stoppers with information can receive up to a $1,000 award.


    Home Invasion and Assault

    The Lansing Police Department is requesting any information that could help identify two people involved in a home invasion and assault that took place on July 14th at 11 a.m. on the 600 block of W. Ottawa Street.

    The Lansing Police Department is asking for any information that could help identify a subject who committed retail fraud at a business in South Lansing on June 17th at around 3:15 p.m.

    The suspect is described as a white male between 5’10″–6’2″, of average weight with short hair, a dark goatee, and glasses. He is also heavily tattooed.

    He arrived at the business in a maroon Ford pickup truck with tan trim on the bottom and an orange light installed just above the front windshield.
