Truck crashes into home; Law enforcement shut down Pennsylvania Ave

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Police and emergency responders are on the scene of an incident that caused authorities to close Pennsylvania Ave. on the 500 block of Pennsylvania Ave. near Kalamazoo St. for a while.

A silver Chevy Avalanche truck appears to have crashed into a home. Police tell 6 News this happened after two vehicles crashed into each other, but did not give any more details.

Police have confirmed emergency responders did take a 30-year-old woman who was in the truck to the hospital, but did not confirm whether she was a passenger or driver.

At this time, police did not confirm reports of a man running from the scene.
