Potterville Public Schools to close Thursday

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Potterville Public Schools will close on Thursday, school officials confirmed with 6 News Monday.

”Out of safety for students and staff with the unknown number of visitors to our small community, the District worked with local law enforcement to make the decision to close school on Thursday,” Potterville Board of Education President Stacy Ann Sipes wrote in a text to 6 News.

Former President Donald Trump is slated to appear in Potterville Thursday afternoon, his campaign announced over the weekend.
