Chunky little guy needs a second chance

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Jasper is a cute Boston Terrier/bully mix who was adopted out of the shelter a few years ago. His owner passed away and he ended up living in Ohio, where he was returned to the shelter because he was living in a crate for long hours.

When he was originally adopted, he loved other dogs and was a playgroup rockstar, but is now absolutely afraid of playing in a group. The shelter is unsure if something happened to him while out of the shelter.

He would do best in a home with an easygoing dog who will give him space or as an only dog with people who will give him the love and reassurance he needs.

Jasper is a short, chunky little guy who needs a second chance! He is 5 years old, neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. His adoption fee is sponsored by Empire Motors of Lansing.
