Judge Draganchuk to retire in December

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– Chief Judge of Ingham County Circuit Court Joyce Draganchuk announced that she will retire on December 31, 2024.

“Judge Draganchuk leaves the bench with sympathy and compassion for the many lives whose tragedies have unfolded in her courtroom but with gratitude for the privilege of serving,” Draganchuk said in a news release.

Judge Draganchuk has served in Ingham County for 37 years. First as an assistant prosecuting attorney and chief assistant prosecuting attorney, then as a circuit court for 20 years.

She was elected to the circuit court bench in 2004.
